Attorney Mikhail Makarov, who was detained after the trial in the case of "Revolutionary Action", was sentenced to one year in prison on March 3. The attorney was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (“active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order”). He was accused of taking part in the 2020 protests in Minsk. The case was considered by Judge Yulia Shchetkina.
