On January 16, another certification of lawyers of the Minsk City Bar Association was held, based on the results of which decisions were made on the compliance of lawyers Dubovik M.A., Mushinsky V.K. with the requirements of the law; on incomplete compliance with the requirements of the law with a postponement of certification for six months in relation to Gorbatok S.N.

The Qualification Commission on Advocacy in the Republic of Belarus accepted a qualification exam for persons who have completed an internship in legal consultations of territorial bar associations. On January 16, 2025, Nazarchuk Marina Vyacheslavovna (MogOKA), Rusakovich Natalia Andreevna (MGBA) successfully passed the exam.

A decision was made on the possibility of terminating the license of Basalai A.N., who previously practiced law as part of the Grodno Regional Bar Association, "due to the lawyer's inability to perform professional duties due to insufficient qualifications, confirmed by the decision of the Qualification Commission dated December 19, 2024."
