On August 10th, the Belarusian Qualification Commission on Issues of Advocacy conducted an extraordinary recertification of attorneys Sergey Medvedev, Larisa Suslikova, and Mikhail Tarasyuk.
Following the certification process, the Commission determined that these attorneys are unable to fulfill their professional duties due to poor qualifications.
The Qualification Commission also decided on the possibility of revocation of licenses for the practice of law for Marina Vorobyova and Svetlana Petrovskaya. These decisions were reached based on the outcomes of the recertification conducted on July 14th.
