Attorney Victoria Gulkova wasn’t released after serving the 15-day arrest. The staff of the Okrestina detention center reports that she’s not there. Presumably, Victoria is in one of the Minsk police stations. Her husband, attorney Mikhail Makarov, was detained within the criminal proceedings; the article of the criminal code he’s charged under remains unknown.
