On June 16, 2023 the Qualification Commission on the Issues of Advocacy in the Republic of Belarus made the following decisions:
- Regarding attorneys Alexander Birilov and Pavel Mironov, it was decided that their qualifications are insufficient to proceed with their professional duties.
- There is a possibility of revoking the licenses to practice law for the following attorneys:
- Victoria Pishchalova – due to her disciplinary penalty (expulsion from the Minsk Regional Bar Association) for "committing a misdemeanor that is incompatible with the status of a lawyer."
- Vladimir Savelyev – due to his disciplinary penalty (expulsion from the Minsk Regional Bar Association) for "repeated (two or more times within a continuous period of 12 months) violations of the requirements and conditions for conducting legal activities as established by law."
- I. A. Fedorovich – due to the "commission of a misdemeanor that is incompatible with the status of a lawyer, as listed in the Rules of Professional Ethics for Lawyers approved by the Ministry of Justice."
