- A. Borodko, A. Gurinovich, I. Stepanov — since the attorneys have allegedly committed “offenses incompatible with the lawyers’ title” and were subjected to disciplinary sanctions in the form of expulsion from the regional bar associations (Minsk and Vitebsk);
- I. Olenskaya and D. Sherstnyov — in connection with their alleged inability to perform their professional duties due to insufficient qualification, confirmed by the decision of the Qualification Commission.
