On July 14, 2023, a meeting of the Qualification Commission for Advocacy in the Republic of Belarus took place, during which a regular certification of attorneys belonging to the Gomel Regional and Minsk City Bar Associations was conducted. Following the certification, the Qualification Commission determined that attorneys M. Vorobyeva and S. Petrovskaya lacked the necessary qualifications to fulfill their professional duties effectively.
Additionally, the Commission decided on the possibility of terminating the licenses of A. Birilov, O. Drozd, I. Kazak, S. Kalinovsky, and P. Mironov. This decision was based on the Commission's previous assessments following the certifications conducted in May and June 2023.
